That's right, our burnt ends won the People's Choice Award at the Great American Kosher BBQ competition in Florida a few weeks ago. We smoked them then coated them in our house gochujang sauce. We will be giving the sauce on the side, as we know not everyone wants it sauced. 

Each bite is like a small bite of heaven with perfectly smoked, fatty meat bursting with flavor in every bite. It'll have you saying HOLY SMOKES! Sold by the pound.

While there are many ways to prepare burnt ends, ours come un-sauced. Trust us, we know this is hotly debated.  

If you want delicious caramelized sauce on it, heat up the burnt ends as instructed, coat in sauce, pop in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 and you got some sauced burnt ends!

What makes this brisket different from all other briskets?

Other restaurants use ovens that support wood chips or use liquid smoke. This brisket is cooked with 100% wood burning fire the entire time

How does it not get too smokey?

By running a clean fire, we never get that overly smokey, bitter flavor that some might associate with BBQ. You'll see our smoke stack not billowing with smoke, but waves of heat. That's how you know it's a clean fire.

Sauce or no sauce?

That's up to you, and no one is judging you for it! We recommend trying your first bite without sauce so you can experience the flavors, but after that, it's up to you!
