Chicken Chassuer

Chicken Chasseur, also known as "Hunter's Chicken," is a classic French dish made with chicken cooked in a rich sauce of mushrooms, white wine, tomatoes and herbs. The name "Chasseur" (French for "hunter") comes from the traditional practice of hunters preparing this dish using ingredients they foraged, such as wild mushrooms.
